Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. I found out it was bad. I was able to turn it in and get another wonderful car. And Charles came out before I got the wonderful car and help me out again. The receptionists are great and friendly. This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. I had a Check Engine light on and was missing. The voltage from the alternator was low on the meters.Bottom line, they found that the Alternator need replacement.It was determined that the spark plugs and coils were in good condition. Due to the age of the car, they decided that cleaning out the fuel injectors was needed. During the road testing to clear the computer, one of the coils went out and was replaced. What impressed me most was during the process of the repair they maintained a professional and courteous attitude toward the customer.Keep me well informed during the process. The car runs better then it has in over 10 years. I will not use any other shop for my work.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

Excellent Work Nice Price Had a leaky front seal on the transmission of my 97 Ford F150 XL, called around a number of transmission places in Grand Prairie TX quoted a price and then when I called back they upped the price, Transmission King did not so that and when I took my truck in they not only replaced the front seal they did the rear seal as well and fixed my rear running lights and the license plate light all for a fair price. My truck does need some other work done to it and that is who I will call first to do the work. Even if you do not live in Arlington TX it is worth the drive to get your vehicle fixed right the first time and a fair price. Gina N Mike

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

A fool and his money are soon parted if you take your auto to this place. I took my truck in with a small transmission leak. They said it needed another transmission. They replaced the transmission and the truck still leaked. I returned the truck back and said it was a loose line. It still leaked. I took it back a 3rd time and they said it was an "external problem" and the transmission lines needed to be replaced. They want an additional $400 to $500 for something that was probably the only thing wrong with in the first place. I encourage you to read the BBB comments for this company if you even consider coming here. I wrote the BBB and this company never even bothered to respond. There is 26 complaints against this company and the business and of that 21 the company failed to even respond to the complaint. They need a class action law suit filed against them and go out of business.

The paint department's estimates are worthless-on the courthouse steps the term is "bait 'n switch. It didn't work on me. Got the "...you cant find it cheaper anywhere" price at the very next body shop for the identical work priced with the same photographs at 2/3s their price. Lesson learned.
