My transmission went in March 2014. Gibco rebuilt it. It took over 2 weeks. It began slipping and shifting hard and would not go into overdrive. I brought it back to them. They have had my truck for 10 days, the day it was to be ready, they will not answer the phone. I live 180 miles from Ft. worth. I have been lied to and they don't complete their work on time. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any reason!

i brought car in to have transmission check he said it wasnt worth rebuilding and he would look around for a used one he called back next day said he located one it had 50000 miles on it 13oo.oo witch included new axles 6 months warranty i hadnt drove car much only 2200 miles sinced replaced 7 months it started acting up called steve and he said nothing could be done it only had 6 month warranty you would think a 50000 mile transmission would do better than that not very good service not recommended

THE SHOP HAD PROBLEMS AND HANK TRIED TO BREATHE AS MUCH LIFE INTO IT AS HE COULD ,BUT UNFORTUNEATELY IT WAS TOO FAR GONE , ALREADY, BESIDES THE CITY WANTING TO GET THE PROPERTY. THANKS HANK FOR A LOT OF YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE AND MAKING IT FEEL LIKE A SECOND HOME FOR ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS...WE ALL AND TCU AND FORT WORTH OWE YOU AND YOR FAMILY A LARGE DEBT OF GRATTITUDE...GOD BLESS
