Tried to buy tires today 10/18/14, but was turned away. I arrived at exactly 7:01 AM. I woke up at 4 AM, shopped tires and knew the tires I wanted. I was the very first customer there. The manager (Mr. J) said that 9 people had dropped their cars off the day before, and there would be a very long wait for tires, but couldn't tell me how long, just "a long time". I went to the Deer Park store 8 miles away. They got me right in and acted not suprised by the situation. They didn't have the tires, but ironically, the tires were at the Baytown store. While I drove there, they had a truck deliver the tires to their store, and the tires arrived there about 10 minutes after I did. I was out of there within an hour. The Deer Park store is amazing. Attitute of the staff was very positive and friendly. Bathroom was colorful and decorated. Good overall experience at Deer Park. I DO NOT recommend Baytown Firestone.

I called the facility to inquire about some ac work and was very disrespected due to me wanting to buy the parts and just have them installed by the facility. I was informed by the owner that he cannot make any money if everyone come to his place and only want parts installed ( he would have to purchase the parts so that he can mark them up and make a profit). I will never refer anyone to do business with this facility. Very poor customer service.

We are a local small shop that has been servicing our community for more than 15 years. We specialize in suspension, brakes, radiators, electrical, a/c and diagnostics. The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

These guys fixed my car’s leaking oil problems. The garage is clean now.

Personable and not a bad location either. This isn't a big shop, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Mini Coopers. I must be one of many people who hate the Mini dealership (I drove all the way to the Woodlands to buy my Mini after reading reviews of Momentum Mini, but it's not practical to go there for maintenance). It's strange that I didn't hate Momentum Volvo when I had one....is it just the Mini folks for some reason? Mike is chatty and tells you what's going on with the repair, and knows what's going on with my car. I was so glad to find them.

I found the details of this place over the net. Wasn't sure when I first arrived and left my car repairs. But the gentleman (Mr JR) who worked on my car was extremely good at his job. He performed a thorough checkup, found the root cause and fixed my car. I would definitely recommend his workshop for Transmission related issues.

This shop is small, but they were very professional. I was told from the dealer i had several oil leaks and it would cost 2,300 dollars to fix my BMW. I heard about hi tech from a friend and they took care of me. They offered to clean off the oil first, and run the engine to verify if i had more than one leak. I didn't! It turns out i had one leak and they fixed it for less than half that. They were honest and up front about everything they told me. There are alot of rip off shops out there.
