They're diagnostics have been spot on, in one event they missed the diagnosis made a repair but then make good on the repair with the correct diagnosis at no cost to me. I've had an alternator replaced on a 2007 vehicle unfortunately I've gotten manufactured defects on an alternator two times back to back and low cost automotive not only that the manufacturer to warranty the alternator but to my surprise and delight low cost automotive stood good on the warranty in regards to the labor. 18 year old daughter takes her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. $20 emergency money in the glove box is gone. They needed to go in the glove box to get the locking lug nut keys. Called asked for a manager guy who answered the phone (Alex) says he remembers the car and my daughter. Stated it was hard for him to believe (but he was not calling me a liar) but he know of many cars with $$ lying around and it has never been taken. Said he would address this with staff. Beware don't leave valuables in the car!!!!!

This place is horrible! Do not use them. They didnt even change out the right hose that was suppose to be changed out and when I went back in because my car was making the same noise they said the hose they changed needed to be changed and there was nothing wrong with the noise my car was making, which turns out to be very wrong not only is it wrong it could damage my car if I continue to drive it that way. Long story short they didnt even try to right the wrong......

Howard had to drive all the to Houston to get parts for my Cadillac. He did a great job and is very very reasonable. I would recommend him anytime of the week.
