Oil change service near Coppell, TX

I took my car in July 2013 to get an alignment done and they told me that the bearings on the front right were bad and needed replaced. I got them replaced for $400-something for parts and labor, but after I left my car was making a noise when I turned to the right that made me uneasy. So a week later I took it back and they said they "put the hub on backwards" (which is impossible) but redid their service for free. So I left thinking that okay, they screwed up the first time but at least redeemed themselves. I was annoyed that I had to spend another 3 hours waiting on my car (I had waited 2 hours the first time they 'worked' on it) but at least they did it for free the second time because of their mistake. Now, in February 2014 I took my car in to a different shop and my boyfriend actually watched as they worked on my car (because he works there), and the bearing that Kwik Kar had replaced and put on there was so warped and the balls fell out as soon as they took it off. Kwik Kar did not do their job correctly and lied to me about it, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with their service and seeing what action I can take against them. The shop my boyfriend works at told me (and I am pregnant) that I could have had a very serious accident if I kept on driving.

Excellent communication, friendly staff and I was informed of any issues and maintenance that was due on my vehicle to ensure it’s stays safe and reliable for me and my family. They truly care about their customers and their cars.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from a company. If you are a minority, beware! I own a Lexus and requested synthetic oil(oil changes are only needed every 5,000 miles when synthetic oil is used) however, the attendant insisted I was missed informed and oil changes would be required every 3,000 miles. His tone was very arrogant and matter of fact. As I approached the front desk to inquire further and request the attendants name (latter discovered his name is Chad) "Bubba J" who I suspect to be the manager or owner, asked "How may I help you"? I responded: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He again asked ( as if he didn't hear me..in a very authoritative tone) "How may I help you"? I again asked: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He (Bubba J) very rudely replied " GET YOUR FAT N***** A** off my property"!

I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I'd been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

AVOID! Scammers.. My neighbor went here to get a state inspection and the told him one of his wiper blades was not any good and they could not pass his late model truck. The only problem with that is they where only one month old..He "IMO" made a smart move and asked for his original blades and took them back to the shop he purchased them from and they showed him that the blades he had where not the ones he purchased because the stamp on them was not even a brand they sell??? scam all the way..avoid

I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Look for the carwash next to tractor supply. It's behind the carwash.) Angie T. Mansfield, TX

I drive by daily, have always seen dogs at work with them, i thought well if they love dogs then they might be my kind of people. So glad i stopped in. I've gone to them several times in the last few months with all sorts of issues that could arise from a ford truck with nearly 300k miles on it! They provide amazing and honest work at an affordable price! I refer everyone i know to these guys! From small to big repairs, they have jumped on the challenge and fixed everything i have thrown at them! Cheers to another 300000 miles!!

By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. Sometimes extremely busy so I suggest an Appointment. They do all my Tires replacements at a fair and competitive price. I won't go anywhere else anymore. Stevan Grimes
