Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

I took my car in to have it diagnosed for $89.00 as to why it was overheating. They said it was the fan. It turned out to not be the fan. Changed the fan and my car is STILL making the high pressure air whooshing sound that they wre asked to diagnose and is still overheating. When i called to ask him why he decided we broke it (was doing this before we ever changed the fan ourselves successfully) He informed me I was a woman and that he talks to my husband not me. That it is the fan causing the high pressure air release and the overheating. Even though we got the fan changed out. It is OBVIOUSLY not the fan. We have had to change an oil pressure sensor AND a temp sensor AND miss work,bc he was wrong on his diagnosis. When you call to say you didn't diagnose it right, he yells,interrupts,and is a sexist pig towards you. This guy is a real piece of work. There is an open BBB refund request out on him.

Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

Worst Customer Service Ever! My appointment was at 5:30, and I arrived at 5:39 behind a slow customer in line. I get it, I was 9 mins late to a location that states on the door and online that it closes at 6:00. If you've tried driving anywhere on OU weekend, you know the traffic on 35 & 287. After huffing and puffing for 7 mins about how online appointments on the Corporate website should tell you that you have to be there at 5:45 at the latest, the guy gave away the policy of 15mins. I enjoyed how the news on the TV showed a time of 5:41-5:43 the entire time he was out in the shop walking around after I arrived and said I was there for an appointment. If you have a GROUPON for this franchise, STAY away , and go to one of their other locations. A "counter clerk" should have just said, sorry our policy is 9 mins late and we can't take anymore (Even if two bays are empty)... I'd be a bit upset, but not as upset as I am with Mr. Huffy Complainer. And change your sign to say closes at 5:39pm instead of 6pm, so I know.

Steve confirmed a time to show up. 30 mins after supposed to be there no call no text no show. I text, no answer. I call he says he hurt his back and would be sending out his brother and that he was 20 mins out. He said he would call me back in 5 mins. No call no text. I call and phone rings and after 4 rings goes to voicemail. I try several times througout the day same result. Finally left message to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM
