It took 2 business weeks and a weekend for this place to fix my car. Something simple turned into a nightmare. He replaced 4 coils and had to replace the computer. Supposedly the computer went bad when the coils went out, this should not have taken so long to repair. He purchased a "NEW" computer, it was bad so he had to go back (I'm assuming to the auto junk yard) and get another one. A NEW computer wouldn't be "bad" upon purchase. The computer programmer guy took forever to come, when he did come he couldn't do it, so he had to call another computer guy, then this guy didn't have the right programs when he came out the first time, so he had to leave and come back the next day and program it. I will NEVER go back and I advise you to never go either. He overbooks himself and tells you he will fix it and get it back to you the next day. It doesn't happen. This is a very unprofessional auto shop. There's cars ever where. They do not communicate with you about your car or call you back. I made countless BLANK trips to the shop because he would not answer his phone, call back or give me a call in the first place to find out the status of my car, just to find out it will be fixed "TOMORROW" - this went on for 11 DAYS. One of the mechanics wrote bitch on my back window (in the dirt with his finger). There was other car parts propped on my car. They play loud music, drink beer and talk. When it was finally fixed 11 days later my car had grease all over the steering wheel, gear stick, windows and doors, it was filthy. You would think after an auto shop took so long to fix the car, they would do something to make it right. At least refund a part of the $585 or wash your car. I will NEVER go back, EVER. I advise you to choose another mechanic.

I took my car there after getting a nail in my tire, which was covered by Firestone's road hazard insurance. They told me that I had two punctures that were too close together to be repaired, so I need to buy a new tire which cost $105.00 after rebate. I didn't fall for that and strongly insisted that they repair the tire.

They took apart the steering column of the 1997 Chevy Blazer to check why brake lights and hazard lights were not working. They told me the problem was the electronic lighting module, which was about $500+ to repair. A couple days later, the lights started working again. When you google this, you'll see this is a common Chevy issue with the hazard lights switch know on top of the steering colum sticking. If this happens to you, simply work it several times, spray some switch cleaner, and that should solve your problem. If not, replace the switch knob, which sells for about $18 online. Anyway, be wary of taking something complicated to this shop!

I trust I can save someone else from the anguish I've suffered taking my two vehicles to this place for almost two years after spending thousands of dollars. Tires, oil change, no problem. Everything else, go somewhere else. February 22, 2012, I brought my 2004 Hyundai Sonata for an oil leak and engine hesitation. Place repaired the valve cover gasket for the oil leak, sent me on my way, could not find any reason for hesitation. The car stalled one block from place, they pushed it back into the shop. Stayed overnight. Next day shop found oil leak hag got into the timing belt and had messed up a sensor. They cleaned everything up and the car worked fine, they recommended I change timing belt which I did not. I complained of a power steering leak, but they advised all was fine, or that it wasn't so bad to make a repair, or something to that effect. Fast forward to last week June, 2012. Car has been hesitating for a while, plus I smelled an oil leak. I only took the car for an oil change, somewhere else, where a terrible oil leak was identified from the valve cover gasket. They identified as well that the power steering pump was leaking so bad it had ruined the rack and pinion (estimate to repair around $1,200) A second shop concurred and found that the lower control arm bushing was all worn out and also needed replacing. Second shop estimate, including asking to replace the timing belt, was $3,900. This Goodyear shop said they valve cover gasket was warranted (as if I should have taken the vehicle there) and when asked about the stalling issue, first they said the oil damaged a sensor and when I pointed out that the oil from their failed repair damaged the sensor, he backtracked saying the sensor failure was unrelated to the oil... not much of a surprise there. I also told the manager that the repair they did not do, brake lights not working in the 1997 Blazer, where they also told me that I had to go to the dealer to fix the ABS switc
