Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. These guys might be able to fix a flat tire, but thats about it. I had my clutch replaced here because they were about $200 cheaper so i went with it. When i got my car back my steering wheel was stuck 90 degrees to the left and there was a huge dent in my hood. Why they called and said my car was ready i have no idea. Of course they couldnt fix it right then so i had to bring it back. the next weekend they fixed that but kept telling me to come back the next weekend to take care of the dent. After 2 months they finally got to it by sending it to another body shop. When i got the call to come get it, they made me drive my car, at their shop, to the body shop without the hood. I was in absolute disbelief. Even one of the employees there told me that wasnt right. They have lost a customer here and hopefully my misfortune to save a few bucks will save someone else the pain ive gone through. Liked: Disliked:

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Kinney's always seeks to provide the best service possible. Part of that job is to spot problems and get them repaired. When people just do oil changes and NO MAINTENANCE they get big repair bills or at least they get asked to repair the vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. I see reviews where some folks think that being asked to keep their vehicle in GOOD repair is a bad thing.. they are very shortsighted to do that- just fix it when it breaks.

The staff was courteous and professional. The shop diagnosed the problem in time to order the part and turn out my jeep cherokee by mid day the following afternoon. They gave me a few helpful hints and did not try to sell me anything that i did not need. Overall a pretty good experience.
