Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. We dealt with Lew who took his time with us and made sure that we knew all of our options. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to sway our decision one way or another. He showed us several vehicles that fit the criteria that we were looking for...roomy for family trips but still conventional for everyday travel. I should say our credit isn't bad...but it isn't all that great either! He put us into a beautiful Chevy Tahoe with all the trimmings for a VERY reasonable price and the interest we paid was almost nill. I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.
