Oil change service near Farmers Branch, TX

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from a company. If you are a minority, beware! I own a Lexus and requested synthetic oil(oil changes are only needed every 5,000 miles when synthetic oil is used) however, the attendant insisted I was missed informed and oil changes would be required every 3,000 miles. His tone was very arrogant and matter of fact. As I approached the front desk to inquire further and request the attendants name (latter discovered his name is Chad) "Bubba J" who I suspect to be the manager or owner, asked "How may I help you"? I responded: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He again asked ( as if he didn't hear me..in a very authoritative tone) "How may I help you"? I again asked: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He (Bubba J) very rudely replied " GET YOUR FAT N***** A** off my property"!

The service at Loeffler's is great as always. Josef and Joel are always top-notch and responsive to the care and feeding of my older 190E.

Craig always does a great job. He is the only person I let work on my cars. I live in GP, but don't hesitate to drive out to HEB for Bevil Automotive. Very knowledgeable and great service. Prices are very reasonable. Quickly performs work right. No complaints.

AVOID! Scammers.. My neighbor went here to get a state inspection and the told him one of his wiper blades was not any good and they could not pass his late model truck. The only problem with that is they where only one month old..He "IMO" made a smart move and asked for his original blades and took them back to the shop he purchased them from and they showed him that the blades he had where not the ones he purchased because the stamp on them was not even a brand they sell??? scam all the way..avoid

I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need ....
