I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OF MY CARS & TRUCKS FIXED AT TAYLOR AUTOMOTIVE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HONEST AND RELIABLE, GREAT COMMUNICATION AND EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

My family and I have used low cost automotive service for years and it found them to be fair market value priced and extremely honest. They're diagnostics have been spot on, in one event they missed the diagnosis made a repair but then make good on the repair with the correct diagnosis at no cost to me. I've had an alternator replaced on a 2007 vehicle unfortunately I've gotten manufactured defects on an alternator two times back to back and low cost automotive not only that the manufacturer to warranty the alternator but to my surprise and delight low cost automotive stood good on the warranty in regards to the labor. Brought a 85 Mercedes to have a engine redone Have put less than 300 miles on car the car stalled took to Mercedes shop and was told the engine was locked Returned vehicle to the shop for repair and now waiting to see if they will honor the warranty The bill was 7400 so I am concerned. Will provide follow up when the owner Adam addresses this issue.

My car was towed in to this shop . I chose this shop cause I use to work there when it was under different management (back when the short bald guy ran it) the mechanics then were dedicated to there jobs , and cared about DIAGNOSING OUR CUSTOMERS cars with precision and performed the service like professionals. When my 1989 trans am wss towed in I explained to sid the problems he began to assign his mechanic , guaranteeing it would be completed as I haad to return home to arkansas. The car had sit for three years with a full tank of gas (I just purchased said car) the first thing they said was distributer , then computer , next a short in the wiring and the next day still not finished I flew home .so three weeks later I returned to pick up my vehicle that they replaced the distributer and fuel pump and thats it onlyy now it would start but ran rough ii was frusterated at the whole situation I was forced to have to take vehicle back home the car was missing on four cylinders thats half so me being a mech .I got the car to my dads and began to notice a lot of vacuum hoses off time ran out so I loaded it on a trailer and came home the next day I began to work on it and found it needed a fuse and two injectors . After being CHARGED 1450.00 FOR A DISTRIIBUTER AND FUEL PUMP MY CAR SHOULD OF RAN LIKE IT WAS NEW..SID TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF CAUSE I lIVED OUT OF STATE and it would be hard to get warranty work done !!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHIING IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE SID TOOK IT OVER !!!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN UR BUISNESS .

Howard had to drive all the to Houston to get parts for my Cadillac. He did a great job and is very very reasonable. I would recommend him anytime of the week.

We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.

I stopped by this shop to have them look at a my CVT transmission , it needed an oil chnge, the cvt ATF cost 3 times the regular ATF, they advised that my car would take 14qts of cvt ATF, and would cost me $289!!! I was surprised to see the amount of oil needed! So I went and I did some research on the web , the official documentation of Nissan advises that I need 7,5 qts , which is half of the quantity the Aamco wanted to charge me for. The 7,5 qts would cost $105 , if you add one hour labour , that will be around $180 instead of $289 ! These are not reliable people , do not think visiting their shop even for a small problem , they will make it worse so they charge you more ! You are warned !!

Thanks A Transmission Doctor... After bringing my vehicle to louetta automotive for a transmission problem and was quoted a high price.I went direct to the transmission specialist as Louetta sends them out and marks them up and saved $1500with abetter warranty....Great service and localy owned
