If I could give them minus stars I would. This company lacks in morals and professionalism to say the least. There is no reason why anyone needs to come and do any work with these guys. They have trained managers/sales persons that only give out their first name: "Scott". They recite a well scripted tale that in order to tell you what's wrong that they need to pull it down, and for so, that you will need to pay them regardless if you accept the repair or not. So throw out the advertised "free estimate" out the window, they just will not provide one without bringing the transmission down. After that, another scripted tale of what's wrong with your transmission, clutches, burnt up parts, worn out, etc., over the phone they will ask you for a payment of well above $1,000 and more, they'll ask you for a credit card number and they will not work until  Then the issue will become as to how "rare" the parts you need are. They will take up weeks, months and your car will lay waiting. Finally one day they'll get to your car and "rebuild" which is code for reinstall the transmission, maybe change the filter and fluid, one or two of the synthetic clutches (not the whole set they charged you), and it will work for a little while, then the problems will return. They will not honor any warranty and you will not even ever want to be back there. What we learn in kinder garden tells us that places like this should not exist. Its a sad reality they do. I'll never ever go to any Mr Transmission anywhere ever (nor any of their AAMCO or other brand names they use). Be careful, go with a mom and pop shop you trust, or to the dealer. At least the warranty will serve some purpose there.
