I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" Brought my car in to have it looked at for why I was told by Firestone my shocks and struts needed to be replaced in the front and rear of my car, was going to charge me around $1200.00 to do so. Found out that the Shocks and struts were not the problem, was only the Upper Control Arms in the front of my car. They saved me about $1000.00 on solving a problem that would not of been solved and taken care of by Firestone. Also had my Washer Fluid Pump replaced cheaply and quickly when pump was not working at all. Also was informed of my serpentine belt needing replacement and my inside door handle on my driver side needing to be replaced due to the plastic piece being broken, but finding the cheapest price for the same part, including labor than anyone else after researching. This shop is highly recommended for its work efficiency and accuracy as well as being affordable.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.
