I am totally pleased with the service as well as the demeanor of everyone associated with this shop. I count myself blessed to have had them tow me as I'd had an accident and called AAA who botched the location and police wanted me out of the roadway since it was 'go to work' time on Monday a.m. I didn't know WHO I would get but I got these guys who were simply delightful! The tow truck driver was kind and helpful and the shop owner, secretary and employees were helpful. I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair.
