Towing & Car Repair
I am totally pleased with the service as well as the demeanor of everyone associated with this shop. I count myself blessed to have had them tow me as I'd had an accident and called AAA who botched the location and police wanted me out of the roadway since it was 'go to work' time on Monday a.m. I didn't know WHO I would get but I got these guys who were simply delightful! The tow truck driver was kind and helpful and the shop owner, secretary and employees were helpful. Even more important, they did a FINE job fixing my car and the paint matching was superb and I am PICKY!!! I've already recommended them to someone else who was pleased too! Claire, Sugar Land

This company is towing cars from the Sugar Land Town Center Physicians parking lots. They lie in wait, when a customer going into Starbucks or Subway, they hook up their car, wait until the person comes out and does a drop for the full fee and then hooks up to another car, all this and never take a car into the storage facility, I watched them for 2 hours on 9/5/2013, today, and they did this to several cars. They would wait until you came out, really taking their time hooking up to the car and then charge the person full fee and not even taking the car in. I would not even rate these people, totally not honorable.
