My fan broke off into my radiator!! They sent a tow to pick up my vehicle and searched for the entire assembly kit and I had my vehicle in a week! The guys are respectful and courteous. They were to check my vehicle for a coolant leak, and said the car was "in perfect shape, couldn't find a thing wrong." The next morning, i opened the hood found the leak coming from under the cap, squirting through the grill. Apparently, they didn't even bother to turn the engine on to build enough pressure to see it.
