I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.

Owner called to rectify what the contract mechanic had quoted. The call came 24 yours later. New quote dropped the original quote to a reasonable price. The owner is a young lady who knows and values the business. Her young mechanic learned a valuable lesson, "Don't lie to a customer" he just may know something about cars even if he does drive a S-series Mercedes. The owner deserves a second chance but you should always know what typical service go for at an agency or a neighborhood shop. The work was completed quickly and well done. Eddie is the last of his kind. What I mean by that is there are no other places that exist out there that provide the skill and know how like this shop. Where could a guy find a shop that the actual owner is on site and gets his hands dirty with installs? My experience was amazing all around with Eddie and his team. If a problem happened with anything that he installed he would fix it or replace it hands down even if it was past the manufactures warranty. I actually had to take my truck to IPAC because there was a problem with my electrical circuit. The dealer tried to pass the blame on the audio install and alarm install, then told me they won't fix my truck under warranty. I called Eddie and told him about it that day and he actually came to the dealer on his day off and spoke to the service manager proving it was not the install and ensured the dealer fixed my truck under its warranty. This guy goes above any shop in Texas and truly cares about his customers. He won't try to sell you junk and send you on your way. He will spend the time and make sure you're 100% satisfied. Thanks for all you did Eddie.

Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

David was awesome. He is a natural teacher; took me through his thought process, showed me the diagnostic codes and actual showed me under the hood and under my vehicle.
