I bought 2 new tires for the back. They rotate the front to the back and broke the stud from the front. They asked $50 for the stud then later let me know that while removing the stud they would need to replace the rolls which add $400. I asked my mechanic and he said there is no need to do all of that. The store does not allow me to take back the car. They asked $178 for the time they disconnect my front car wheel which i never asked and the car has to be tolled away. Once the car in their hand, they will find an argument that your car is un safe to drive and you cannot take it back. BE CAREFUL dealling with them unless you have time and prepared to call police.

This place is horrible! Do not use them. They didnt even change out the right hose that was suppose to be changed out and when I went back in because my car was making the same noise they said the hose they changed needed to be changed and there was nothing wrong with the noise my car was making, which turns out to be very wrong not only is it wrong it could damage my car if I continue to drive it that way. Long story short they didnt even try to right the wrong......

Had a starter fail last day of a conference in Galveston. Needed a quick repair as I was scheduled to leave Galveston that day. Called to make an appt. & they got me in right away. Service was prompt and have no issues with the repair. Repair was more expensive than I had estimated, but typically, parts/ labour are more expensive on the island... Overall, if I had another issue, while in Galveston, I would go there again.

The owner or mechanic that I spoke with was very rude. I was quoted a price accidently and when I called to find out what happened and explained how much of an inconvenience I was told that they don't have to apologize for nothing. I explained in customer service if you admit you make a mistake at least an apology is warranted.

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.
