By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. Went for a tire rotation and oil change the tires I purchased from NTB but at a different location. Came back and there was a stripped lug nut which they say they did not do which I can tell they did. It appears they got the nut hung in their impact wrench and took 3/8 ratched extension to drive it out. The tech and manager did not want to take any responsibility over a five dollar part that I purchased at the local autozone. I was able to removed the nut by driving one my sockets on off a few times. Granted I know this is a cheap part but it makes me think how many other consumers have ripped off and did not know it. I take care of my things on my vehicle myself and was also told I need front brakes which after taking it too a local shop down the street I was told the brakes are fine and the rotors are turnable. I will not even allow this place or any NTB to do my rotation service which was included in my tire purchase..

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!

This company does not deserve any stars. I came for a tire change after a flat. I drive a Jeep so the spare is in the cargo area. They fix my tire for $50 (ridiculous), and I leave unsuspecting of anything. I go to get some things out the back when the weekend comes a couple of days later, and I realize not only are all my brake lights broken but by door handle is broken as well and my door won't open. Someone let my back door slam shut because it does not have a holding hinge arm. I go the shop to confront them, and these guy ridicule me and the owner laughs at me because I am upset about my car. They then leave me outside and close the garage doors in my face. I hope they go out of business. My jeep is older but always very reliable, but I guess this gives them an excuse to disrespect me and my vehicle. I am repulsed, and I promise with the money I save using my jeep will be used to sue them for their negligence.

Thank you! I can't believe it!! A mechanic that showed up on time, did a first rate job on my Tahoe and charged a most reasonable amount. My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.

My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

They have been wrestling with the front end of my old truck for 6 months for a $69 alignment, due to damage to a bolt that was NOT their fault. Never been less than courteous, I am about to pay them for another alignment *(don't do lifetime, on this truck I'll bet they are glad) and take my truck back in, I hit a curb in Arlington. They are helping me find a RARE replacement bolt that is long enough to hold a proper alignment. I bought 4 tires from them in May because I felt like I owed them the sale, tires are great. I do my own oil changes, and just use NTB for tires and alignment.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
