He is a nice guy, very respectfull and he also answered all of my questions I've had about this service. Since my office was located few miles away, one of their employees took me to work. This is the best automotive shop in North Texas. Most honest and reliable guys in the business. Louis has been nothing but honest and has shown me the issues with my vehicle instead of just telling me. I would travel over a 100 miles to have these guys work on any of my vehicles.

Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

We have used Craig's shop on several occasions. He does great work and is a fair and square kind of guy. It's hard to find this kind of business man anymore. I have never felt like he took advantage of us.

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

Fixed up a switch to turn on ac clutch without having to replace a whole ac unit. It was a very complicated matter that was figured and fixed in a very short time. saved alot of time worry and headache. good price too.
