I finally got my husband to take his car there and they fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. He's now totally convinced to return in the future.

WOW, what an exceptional car repair “treat!” So much so that I happily drive there from Clear Lake City for the smallest of car-related ANYTHING! Whitney, my service advisor, is truly on the ball.” She’s smart, friendly, knowledgeable, determined, accommodating, accountable, value-oriented, concerned, genuine, and simply a delight to deal with. And THEN there’s the leadership, specifically Harrison and Sady – it doesn’t take long after meeting these two to realize why they hired Whitney AND why they are all such a dynamic team! Ultimately, it all comes from the top and these guys are an iconic example of such – even their pricing is amazing! On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

Came to house to evaluate car problem. Was leaking transmission oil. Determine it was only a hose replacement. They are a trustworthy Company. Fixed problem same day. Recommended future items to look at for near future to prevent future problems. Very friendly family.

I am totally pleased with the service as well as the demeanor of everyone associated with this shop. I count myself blessed to have had them tow me as I'd had an accident and called AAA who botched the location and police wanted me out of the roadway since it was 'go to work' time on Monday a.m. I didn't know WHO I would get but I got these guys who were simply delightful! The tow truck driver was kind and helpful and the shop owner, secretary and employees were helpful. Even more important, they did a FINE job fixing my car and the paint matching was superb and I am PICKY!!! I've already recommended them to someone else who was pleased too! Claire, Sugar Land

Did a very nice job on my damaged Explorer rear tailgate. Looks like new again. No tell tail of any work was every performed. Half the cost of other shops that wanted to replace the panels.

My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2000 for my Infiniti FX35. Glad I found David's Auto Collision great work and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

I have taken my car to Alex Collision Center for repairs covered by Allstate and also State Farm Insurance and had excellent cooperation between the inspectors and the mechanics. Because of this, I have taken the car there for general maintenance and also had a good experience. The service has been very good and the costs are reasonable.

They will lie and try to trick you. Beware!!! Read their Better Business report, LOTS of complaints!!! The good reviews here were written by them, OMG stay away, far, far, away from these thieves!!! Scam scam scam and your car WILL have used parts from a rusty junk yard.
