As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I drive by daily, have always seen dogs at work with them, i thought well if they love dogs then they might be my kind of people. So glad i stopped in. I've gone to them several times in the last few months with all sorts of issues that could arise from a ford truck with nearly 300k miles on it! They provide amazing and honest work at an affordable price! I refer everyone i know to these guys! From small to big repairs, they have jumped on the challenge and fixed everything i have thrown at them! Cheers to another 300000 miles!!

Gave my wife a hard time but were real nice to me and offered to inspect my motorcycle for cheap without even riding it. My buddy said they are the number one place for inspection because they will pass anything and get you back on the road. They did inspect my step daughters car when no one else would but it did cost me extra. I can't rate them high because of how they disrespected my wife but they did me a solid on inspections so I guess I have to give them a shout out. Just don't tell my wife.

Flat rate for labor is $200.00 even if its an easy fix of $19.00 for a new thermostat. I took my car in on a Monday morning to get a professionals opinion as to why my car was overheating. I did not receive a call back until Friday at 4:30pm I immediately returned my missed call at 5pm, but they were already closed, WHICH their sign says they are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The following Monday a week after my car was dropped off I call back and ask for the DANNY what the issue is with my car, he did give me an estimate of $250.00 to replace the thermostat, NO WAY!!! Oreilly's has it in stock for $19.00. I told Danny, No don't fix it I'll be there to pick up my car. When i arrive at the shop two hours later (during my lunch break from work) he says there is a fee for $87.00 to put my car back together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why am I being charged if no repairs where done to my car? Because it had to sit at his shop for a whole week before they can even look at it & they had to take it apart to find out why it was overheating....BULL! I had been a loyal customer since 2005, he had done major repairs to all my vehicle, so i knew his labor charge is $200.00, but to replace a simple thermostat, sorry i was not going to pay $250.00 when i can replace it myself. I asked nicely to waive the $87.00 since it wasn't my fault that my car was sitting there for a WHOLE week, he has a temper WATCH OUT!! he yelled at me said NO $87.00 and get your car out of here or $250.00 so we can fix it! I said to him fix it & please have it ready within the hour (I was there at 11:30am), he said NO I'll have it ready at 3:30pm, i said fine i will be here at 3pm. I go to pick up my car Danny says to me I was able to knock of $7.00...Thank you Danny & paid the bill.... YOU JUST LOST ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!!!

I had my oil pan replaced 08-22-14 at C.A.R.S.-they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.I dropped the car off and they took me home and picked me up once the car was repaired. They are very service oriented and try to please each customer. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.

Awesome place great customer service! Knowledgeable technicians. Reasonable and fair prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here to get car repaired.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

We all know how expensive service and maintenance fees can be at a dealership, that's why I recommend Bimmers Only. I took my 6 Series Convertible to them for a diagnostic test. I wanted peace of mind knowing that everything was functioning properly with my car as well as my car had no mobility kit. Not only did they check my car for me at no cost, but they also got a mobility kit (the right one that goes tucked away) for my car. The other thing that really stood out for me is that they know BMW's inside out and are very experienced and knowledgeable about them. My parents have used Bill for repairs, oil changes, and inspections on their old GMC cars since he opened his shop in their neighborhood many years ago, and I've been using his shop for the past few years. He has always been knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced, and prompt. He's earned our trust. Today my 90 year old mother needed a fix on her 13 year old Buick - rear side window had dropped out of whatever holds it up. We arrived at Bill's shop late morning on a Saturday - and the place was BUSY with cars lined up. We could see that he didn't have time for us. I asked a young mechanic about the time and cost to do a halfway "fix" - put the window in a permanently up position. (The age and condition of the car doesn't warrant much of an investment.) He gave us what I thought was a fair price considering that the door had to be opened up - under $100. Could it be done today? As a favor to a long and loyal customer, Bill agreed to squeeze us in. I deposited my mother at Cindy's Deli & Pancake House across the street, and returned with the car to Bill's shop. As I handed Bill the key he quietly recommended (didn't push) a proper fix on the car he has been servicing for more than a decade. I asked about timing - he'd need parts and it was a busy Saturday. He asked me to give him 2 hours. If he couldn't get and replace the window motor within 2 hours, he'd do the half-way fix that I first suggested. (We both knew Mom didn't have enough stamina for much more than 2 hours.) I agreed, and walked over to Cindy's to wait with Mom for Bill's call. After exactly two hours the shop called ~ the car was ready. As I was walking towards the shop, Bill was pointing at the inspection sticker. It had expired and we hadn't noticed. He offered to do the inspection - it took only minutes. Like all the other times we've taken our cars to Bill . . . we have no complaints, nothing but praise.
