Brake repair service near Kemah, TX

This place is so unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. They told me they do diagnosis for $29.99 but charged me for $70 instead. Their reason is that i turned down the first price the first time. That does not make any sense. Also they did not clarify that $70 is the regular price. It is so cheap to make business like that. So make a low price just to attract customers but charge them extra when they actually go there? Just give me the original price, don't play any games. I would still go there to check my car because it is still cheaper than dealers. Now after all these dishonest act, i will never go to this place, same goes to EVERYONE that I know. When i confront them, they gave me rude attitude and saying come back another day if i want to keep on arguing or robbing the place??! No body is going to rob you, YOU robbed me!! what an attitude. I am not a complaining person but this is so unprofessional and this is not how you do business for what i know. So Do not ever go there, it is the last place on this earth that you will go for your car. Actually, cross that off, i would rather let me car die on the road than take my precious car to that damn place.

Had a starter fail last day of a conference in Galveston. Needed a quick repair as I was scheduled to leave Galveston that day. Called to make an appt. & they got me in right away. Service was prompt and have no issues with the repair. Repair was more expensive than I had estimated, but typically, parts/ labour are more expensive on the island... Overall, if I had another issue, while in Galveston, I would go there again.

The owner or mechanic that I spoke with was very rude. I was quoted a price accidently and when I called to find out what happened and explained how much of an inconvenience I was told that they don't have to apologize for nothing. I explained in customer service if you admit you make a mistake at least an apology is warranted.

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

Personable and not a bad location either. This isn't a big shop, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Mini Coopers. I must be one of many people who hate the Mini dealership (I drove all the way to the Woodlands to buy my Mini after reading reviews of Momentum Mini, but it's not practical to go there for maintenance). It's strange that I didn't hate Momentum Volvo when I had one....is it just the Mini folks for some reason? Mike is chatty and tells you what's going on with the repair, and knows what's going on with my car. I was so glad to find them.

Very professional atmosphere. The personnel was kind to bring me home due to the delay of parts. Will recommend this store to all my friends and fb post as well.
