Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

I finally got my husband to take his car there and they fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. He's now totally convinced to return in the future.

He was on time, got the job done quick and exceeded my expectations when he found and corrected a few other issues while completing his inspection. I've only ever heard positive comments about J & T Automotive so I decided to check them out. I took my car there for an oil change and inspection this past summer and couldn't believe how fast they were. I just took my car in last monday and again was EXTREMELY pleased with this place and the people that work there. I did need some repairs and they were very detailed with their explanation of the repair and the prices that went along with it. When I picked it up the next day, my car was cleaner than it had been in months and I could feel the difference in the way my car drove after the repairs. Thank you so much for your efficiency and the extra things you did for me! I will most definitely continue to go to J & T for all my car needs!

Highly recommend this auto shop, owner very upfront and honest concerning repairs on your car, I have been going to West End for over 10 yrs. and their prices are fair, I don't take my car anywhere else, whether it's talking about the economy, work, children or exchanging recipes , Petros and Hank are so polite and fun to talk to.

WOW, what an exceptional car repair “treat!” So much so that I happily drive there from Clear Lake City for the smallest of car-related ANYTHING! Whitney, my service advisor, is truly on the ball.” She’s smart, friendly, knowledgeable, determined, accommodating, accountable, value-oriented, concerned, genuine, and simply a delight to deal with. And THEN there’s the leadership, specifically Harrison and Sady – it doesn’t take long after meeting these two to realize why they hired Whitney AND why they are all such a dynamic team! Ultimately, it all comes from the top and these guys are an iconic example of such – even their pricing is amazing! On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

Glad you take care of my car. One suggestion, If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out. Thanks Marc

I HAD MY TRUCK AT OPEN ROAD FOR LIFTER NOISE. IT WASN'T REAL BAD BUT I WAS CONCERNED. WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK FROM OPEN ROAD THE NOISE WAS MUCH WORSE AND NOW I DONT DRIVE IT AT ALL. WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK FROM OPEN ROAD I NOTICED THAT THE HEATER SWITCH WAS ON AND I TURNED IT TO THE OFF POSITION AND A POPPING NOISE STARTED UNDER THE DASH. IT NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFOR TAKING THE TRUCK TO OPEN ROAD. NOW I AM WITHOUT ANY TRANSPORTATION EXCEPT MY MOTORCYCLE AND IT IS NOW GOING TO COST ME THOUSANDS TO GET MY ENGINE FIXED BUT I SURE WON'T TAKE IT TO OPENROAD. SOMEONE FROM OPEN ROAD CALLED ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT BUT NEVER SHOWED UP CHECK ON WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK. SOMEHOW I FEEL GLAD THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO OPEN ROAD AND 'NO YOU GUYS DONT NEED TO FOLLOW UP OR CALL ME'

My 2007 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet (997) was running rough, misfiring and had an ongoing slow coolant leak. Marlon and his Team not only repaired everything, but did so in a timely and cost-effective manner (for a Porsche). Marlon and his Team have been keeping my older (2007 997 - 128K miles), on the road for more than a decade, however, this visit was different (in a good way). Orion has a new diagnostic system that actually identified all current problems and indicated future repairs or maintenance. I have referred others to Orion Auto Service and will continue to do so. I will never go a Porsche Dealership again, and if you do you are making a bad decision that will cost you money and grief.
