The staff was courteous and professional. The shop diagnosed the problem in time to order the part and turn out my jeep cherokee by mid day the following afternoon. They gave me a few helpful hints and did not try to sell me anything that i did not need. Overall a pretty good experience.

These individuals not only didn't fix my driver's side window after two visits and over $200 from us, they outright refused to come out a third time when the window still would not work. I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB, speaking to my insurance company about having them black listed and considering a law suit in small claims court. Their argument was because the window wouldn't roll up after their installation, it wasn't a glass problem, so it wasn't their problem. It seems to me this is a company run by criminals. Very small minded criminals

Make sure you ask them to quote you the price WITH tax!! I've gotten my windshield replaced before this and they quoted me the full price, but Ace Auto Glass will try to squeeze every penny out of you. It'll only be until he finishes installing the windshield that he tells you oh, this is special glass so its an additional $$$ and so i grab extra money and come out and he's like theres also tax... his name was, Ray and he took 2.5 hours to replace my windshield! I would've just paid All Around Autoglass to do it but they quoted me almost $50 more.. I shouldve just asked them to replace it because with tax and the "special" glass it was about $50 more!! Ray just did an unprofessional job all in all, because he didn't give me the quoted price, took 2.5 hours to replace it, AND my stickers were EFFED up on the new windshield!! my inspection sticker ripped and my registration sticker didnt stick on all the way. UGH! oh and the other place that replaced my windshield before this had some kind of machine that removed my stickers as if it was never removed!! i'm just very unhappy with how unprofessional this was...... if you do go to them, DO NOT GET RAY!!!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken
