This company does not deserve any stars. I came for a tire change after a flat. I drive a Jeep so the spare is in the cargo area. They fix my tire for $50 (ridiculous), and I leave unsuspecting of anything. I go to get some things out the back when the weekend comes a couple of days later, and I realize not only are all my brake lights broken but by door handle is broken as well and my door won't open. Someone let my back door slam shut because it does not have a holding hinge arm. I go the shop to confront them, and these guy ridicule me and the owner laughs at me because I am upset about my car. They then leave me outside and close the garage doors in my face. I hope they go out of business. My jeep is older but always very reliable, but I guess this gives them an excuse to disrespect me and my vehicle. I am repulsed, and I promise with the money I save using my jeep will be used to sue them for their negligence.

I thought they drug tested employees in these big shops like Firestone? I had to wait for an employee to return from lunch to work on my car and when he came back he smelled like drugs and his eyes were really red. On top of that he was very rude to try to talk to! I noticed the name on his shirt was Steve and wanted to see who do I contact about this matter?
