I googled (First mistake) Hales Collision and gave them a call, I spoke with Billy Bugg over the phone who continued to assure me that he would get my car taken care of in no time and that he would even give me a discount as long as I paid part of the repairs up front. I had also informed him that my fiancé and I were paying for our wedding and I needed my car as quick as possible. Billy continued to text me and tell me that my car was “almost” done, yet every time it seemed to be near completion something else would go wrong. The engine that they apparently bought from Late Model Sal
