Your rating: Hated it Well I don't recomend anyony to get work done at springtown transmission. They rebuilt the transmission in my truck. After less than 5000 miles it went bad!!! Then would not fix it and wanted me to pay them to have it rebuilt again. So I had it towed to another transmission shop to have repair done. They are very shady and dont back their work!!! Now the transmission will have at least $5000 in it!!!!

During a trying time when my engine went out completely, the staff at CBA was amazing, specifically Jenny. I felt like a truly valued customer who was greatly appreciated for doing business with them. Jenny went above and beyond to make this difficult and costly repair as painless as possible.

This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services. They always give me honest and fair advice; their prices are great; and they even helped me when I had to see my car. I will NEVER use anyone else but them. Jeff and Michael are the best. Best way to maintain your BMW in all of DFW! DFW Bimmer is easy to get to from anywhere in the metroplex. Jesse makes time to see your vehicle the same day that you call. first time using these guys and they did great and fast job on my truck and there aint nothing funky going on with it, runs like a beast and Vicki the shop manager was super friendly and helpful

Went in for a simple oil change. Waited for almost 2 hours and finally had enough and went out to see what the problem was and my truck was leaning off of the rack from being careless. Then after getting that straitened out I finally get ready to leave and realize my tires weren't even rotated. Horrible employees, sucky service, careless and unacceptable. I WONT BE BACK AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GOES.
