Yesterday I went and had my oil changed at 78 Quick Lube Farmersville TX. There was a truck in the bay in front of me and they said it would be about 5 minutes and they would be finished with it. It took the 45 minutes to change the oil in my car. When I went up to pay they explained the charges. So much for the oil change and extra for the extra oil. I questioned them and told them my car took 4 qts but I didn't know the exact amount. The owner walked up and was very cocky and argumentative. Stating that is what they system showed. I paid and drove home, got the book out and it says my car takes 4.75 qts of oil. I called 78 Quick lube and the manager answered the phone. I explained to him what had happened and he said "did you check the dipstick?" "It isn't overfull" When I argued with him that I didn't need to check the dipstick because my book said 4.75 qts. of oil he put the owner on the phone. He said the same thing "did you check the dipstick" I told him I didn't know which dipstick down there checked the dipstick but they didn't know how to read one because it has to be overfull because my car only takes 4.75 qts. and they put 5.5 qts. of oil in it. I then hung up on him because all he wanted to do was tell me not to yell and that i was wrong. My dad checked the dipstick and low and behold it was overfull. He called down to 78 Quick Lube and the owner got on the phone and admitted to putting to much oil in my car. He stated if I would bring it back down there they would drain the oil and fix it and refund my money. I took it back down there fully expecting the owner to be there but he had just left as I was pulling in.There again that told me how much my business meant to him. They drained "some" of the oil out and started to refill it. I told them i would feel much better if they would drain all of the oil out and refill it so I would know exactly how much oil was in my car. They told me the dipstick doesn't lie. After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from a company. If you are a minority, beware! I own a Lexus and requested synthetic oil(oil changes are only needed every 5,000 miles when synthetic oil is used) however, the attendant insisted I was missed informed and oil changes would be required every 3,000 miles. His tone was very arrogant and matter of fact. As I approached the front desk to inquire further and request the attendants name (latter discovered his name is Chad) "Bubba J" who I suspect to be the manager or owner, asked "How may I help you"? I responded: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He again asked ( as if he didn't hear me..in a very authoritative tone) "How may I help you"? I again asked: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He (Bubba J) very rudely replied " GET YOUR FAT N***** A** off my property"!

This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services. They always give me honest and fair advice; their prices are great; and they even helped me when I had to see my car. I will NEVER use anyone else but them. Jeff and Michael are the best. As a single woman, I feel like I can put my trust in them.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. We all know how expensive service and maintenance fees can be at a dealership, that's why I recommend Bimmers Only. I took my 6 Series Convertible to them for a diagnostic test. I wanted peace of mind knowing that everything was functioning properly with my car as well as my car had no mobility kit. Not only did they check my car for me at no cost, but they also got a mobility kit (the right one that goes tucked away) for my car. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.
