THE SHOP HAD PROBLEMS AND HANK TRIED TO BREATHE AS MUCH LIFE INTO IT AS HE COULD ,BUT UNFORTUNEATELY IT WAS TOO FAR GONE , ALREADY, BESIDES THE CITY WANTING TO GET THE PROPERTY. You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather.
