(continued..) package deal" -yeah whatever. I give him this look. He says $45 or you can take it somewhere else. I told him I'm taking it somewhere else. Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... So today November 11, 2015. Meineke manger (Harold), yelled at me for no reason because I wanted to get the free oil change on veterans day.....like all the commercials said.....he screamed and said he is not giving money away because he was an air force veteran??? right... he was very rude.......

Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.

I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

I took my car in to have it diagnosed for $89.00 as to why it was overheating. They said it was the fan. It turned out to not be the fan. Changed the fan and my car is STILL making the high pressure air whooshing sound that they wre asked to diagnose and is still overheating. When i called to ask him why he decided we broke it (was doing this before we ever changed the fan ourselves successfully) He informed me I was a woman and that he talks to my husband not me. That it is the fan causing the high pressure air release and the overheating. Even though we got the fan changed out. It is OBVIOUSLY not the fan. We have had to change an oil pressure sensor AND a temp sensor AND miss work,bc he was wrong on his diagnosis. When you call to say you didn't diagnose it right, he yells,interrupts,and is a sexist pig towards you. This guy is a real piece of work. There is an open BBB refund request out on him.
