To whom it may concern, I took my 2006 BMW M6 with 62,000 miles to Champion Auto Service because of the transmission light illuminated; the car transmission went on into failsafe mode with transmission light illuminated running; Gears did not selected, or changed. The transmission was stuck in neutral gear, and I could not restart engine. It took more than a month to get the car repaired. Therefore, I contacted the shop multiple times and I was receiving deviated responses from shop giving me vague reasons why the car was not ready. After a long waiting, I finally received a call from the shop informing me that the car was ready for pick up. The shop alleged fixed the car by replacing the clutch system. According to the shop, the car's clutch had to be replaced. The total repair cost to include labor and parts was almost US 3000.00 dollars. Based on this repair’s breakdown, mechanics did software update, and clutch replacement. After I made the payment, I received the receipt of payment with detailed work done in the car along with a 12,000 miles warranty for the repair. I drove the car for not even a week and the transmission light illuminated again. The car appeared to have the same aforesaid problem. Once again, I took the car to Champion Auto Service on or about October 1st, 2013 to seek warranty as agreed it on paper. I also found out that the shop took the car to the BMW dealer for repair there. I have been waiting for my car ever since and the auto service consultant continues to make deviated excuses to deliver proper service to the car. Recently, Mr Ray Davis, Champion Auto Service consultant, mentioned that a part was ordered; he also mentioned that the price for that part is almost US2000.00 dollars. I have found the following service bulletin in regard of M6 with SMG III; FC 4F42/4F43 - Hydraulic Unit Faults. Based on the malfunction codes, my car appeared to have the problems listed as follows: * SMG transmission goes into failsafe mode with Trans Light

I am not one to write reviews, however, I do often read them before visiting a new place. Let me preface this by saying when Daddy passed in 2019, I returned to help my elderly Mom in Killeen. I had to start asking around if anyone could recommend a good and “ honest” mechanic. Longer story short, I had met a mechanic I trusted, then he left his former employer and went to work here and spoke highly of them. I decided to take in my 2012 Nissan Murano (can’t remember now the reason), but they did a great job. In 2021, I took Mom’s 2005 Toyota Camry in — AC quit working. The repair job done and very competitive pricing. Last week (March 2023) I met the owner Richard. I went in with a power steering issue on a 2007 Ford 150 and once again, it’s fixed!! The turn around time I’m sure depends on the particular issue, but our turn around time has been approximately 2 days for our vehicles. I have had many experiences with mechanics and some have had very poor work ethics and customer service interpersonal skills. So as along as Richard, the newest owner of C & M, and his fellow mechanics, take pride in a gift God has blessed them with by having a skill as important as theirs, then I plan to continue going there and referring others to them.

Angels Auto Repair

104 Priest Drive, Killeen

I've been bringing my vehicles to Angel since 2005. Even when I was deployed several times to several locations throughout the Middle East, he use to be upfront and trustworthy! That's no longer the case. I have a receipt (1st photo) that shows he changed my water pump out on March 6 ,2020 and it was under warranty (top left corner "Water pump warranty") however, on August 3, 2021 the new water pump went out and he charged me full price for a water pump (2nd photo) because the parts store HE deals with can't find the warranty! Wait, so I have the paperwork that shows a new part was put on last year and it's under warranty, but because his parts store can't find thiers that's my problem? I've spent thousands of dollars over the years and never had an issue paying any amount BUT don't try to pass off a cost to me that's the result of someone else's failure. Even with the receipt, this CROOK tried to CON us. Me and my wife are both Combat Veterans and our 26yr old son has been a quadriplegic since his injury in 2016. We don't have time for B.S. and that's what Angel's is all about now. Please take your vehicles somewhere else. I promise you it's not worth it to turn it over to this CON man!

They couldn’t even fix my AC and still charged me $500 for freon and then said it would cost $1500 to fix, for crying out loud it’s an old Toyota Camry, what in the world are they thinking, I bought the car for $300 , now I spent an extra $500 and the AC still does not work because they diagnosed it wrong, I don’t recommend going there, they are not honest

So I had my vehicle in for a repair of a steering column where someone tried stealing the vehicle. Before someone tried to steal it, it ran perfect. No ticks, quite as a sewing machine, no leaks, no hard shifting,etc..There has been extensive work done to the vehicle and paperwork/ warranty with it all. This vehicle was in tip top shape despite the age. I brought my vehicle in to have the steering column replaced and that alone and now the transmission seems like it’s about to fall out of it less than 10 miles away from the shop??? I have text message correspondence of our entire conversation texting from their fancy system and audio. I Picked up and paid for my vehicle after they said it was ready, I wish I would’ve driven it first. The steering wheel they put it in is cracked and you can hear something broken in it.. He also said that it’s not their fault because it’s a used part and tried to blame it on the vendor. FYI maybe this part of the situation could at least been avoided if you refer to the first part of our text message correspondence... My key barely works and does not immediately turn on the vehicle you have to continue to wiggle it time and time again and my tow function worked fine as well as the entire truck before the steering wheel was messed up. The tow function doesn’t work at all now nor illuminate that it does, In another conversation I made him aware of this and he totally disregarded the question and says sometimes these types things happen from time to time.. I’ve never heard of a steering column making a transmission go out? Brandon and his manager Hector tufoya quoted me $4000 for a new transmission. Then he had the audacity to have his store associates whom never used my business before, post reviews about how bad of customer service I provide? Sounds like slander to me? I am posting the truth about my experience at Georgetown interstate transmission and anyone that wants to hear it please let me know because I again have Audio from the time that I walked in the store to discuss my vehicle. He got upset and wanted to talk to me outside but I wanted his customers to be able to hear me.. He immediately picked up the phone and called the police. They arrived and was very professional, I then addressed my concerns with them. They relayed my concerns to Mr Tufoya, he declined to fix my vehicle properly or address that it now needs a $4000.00 transmission. I removed my property from theirs and proceeded to address my concerns to the public in that fancy video you may have seen of me holding a sign that speaks of the actual experience of service I received.. I won’t say don’t do business here just be aware!!! Lastly, One of the persons in the shop later came out and proceeded to talk to me and say that she also hadn’t had the best experience with her visit and that he didn’t have to call the cops... Smh my IPhone was still recording so you can hear and very clear!!!

Great folks who are actually Mechanics. I own a Chevrolet Avalanche that the headlights stopped working, at first only occasionally. I took it to All American Chevrolet, where they changed three very expensive parts and still couldn't fix the light issue. I was pretty much despairing until I remembered this Garage Shop. I brought the vehicle in and they fixed the issue right away and charged a very reasonable price to do so. I will use these folks for all of my mechanic needs from now on. These folks are actual Mechanics and not just parts replacers. Look on the Internet and you will see that the Chevy Avalanche has issues with their lights. If you own one and are having problems, don't take it to the dealership, which should have a sign saying, "Loose hope all who enter here". Take it to Mr. Ancheta at Precision Automotive.
