I have been going to this shop for about 10 years, my family uses them as well. Smoke was coming out of my sun roof and my electrical was not working inside of the car. My seats wouldn't move so i could not reach the pedals. My car is considered a luxury vehicle so the dealership would have charged me 4x's what Munoz charged me. He diagnosed my problem, i had an electrical shortage. I will definately continue to use this shop for any future problems. My Infiniti has always been looked at by Mr. Munoz and his staff and I trust them. I am not sure what the gentleman above is talking about, Mr. Munoz has 30+ years of experience. Thank You!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Collinsworth is the worst shop in Garland. Went in to get an alignment and Greg the owner tells us it was unsuccessful due to the wheel bearings needing to be fixed. He then says he can not do the alignment until that is fixed but we need to pay the full amount of the the alignment. So we paid for a service that was not done. As I was talking to him asking for a refund, he missed a phone call and tells me “you see, I just lost another customer because of this issue, bottom line you will not get your money back”. He was so unprofessional and just plain mean. He wanted to charge over $750 to fix the wheel bearings when a shop down the street agreed to do it for $450 (alignment included) I definitely will not go back there and advice anyone looking for a place to fix your car DO NOT GO TO COLLINSWORTH on Saturn and Cranford (Garland, TX). In my opinion they are thieves!!!!

When I originally called to have my truck's transmission repaired i was informed that the full overhaul would include a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty that was good nationwide. Now, 10 weeks after the transmission was rebuilt it failed again. I am in a different state and wish to have my transmission repaired by a local shop. The original repair shop refuses to cover any repairs from any other shop. They insist that I return the truck to them for repairs. Being 1100 miles away, this is not feasible.
