I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. First off, let me give a thanks to Sabien and the rest of the staff at Standard Gear and Transmission! The service was awesome, and the results are incredible! Hopefully my experience will help others with the Cummins / G56 drivetrain. My throwout bearing was making noise for some time, and I continued to drive the truck, as it is my daily driver. Long story short, this destroyed my clutch fork, input shaft, and input bearing. I was on the fence for some time about doing away with the stock dual-mass flywheel and clutch. Sabien recommended a South Bend Clutch OFEK kit, and let me say, it is amazing! The engagement is similar to stock, but very positive. It does not grab, and shifts are silky smooth. The trans was refilled with 30 wt synchromesh, and it now runs smoother and quieter than I ever believed a G56 could. Pedal effort with the new hydraulics is so light that I nearly pushed the pedal through the floorboard when I started the truck for the first time. Gone are the truck's tendency to buck and jerk in reverse, and the noises from the factory clutch. I'm literally having to learn to drive the truck again, as it's manners and sounds are like new. My TL recently started having transmission problems, hanging up and slipping. Acura had a few issues with 2006 transmissions but based on my mileage the manufacture wouldn't honor any historical issues. The price of a transmission for an Acura would make you think it was a Mercedes! Transmission Headquarters was 40% less than the dealership and guaranteed the work. They got me the car back in about 3 days. It would have taken me that long to get the car to the dealer.

I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

My grand daughter who is traveling from ElPaso to Florida blew her engine and my husband went and towed her here to get it fixed. The staff have been nothing but rude to her and have not tried to get her vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone! She has been stuck without a way to get home to Florida for almost a week! This has cost her a job and extreme emotional distress!!!!!!

i brought car in to have transmission check he said it wasnt worth rebuilding and he would look around for a used one he called back next day said he located one it had 50000 miles on it 13oo.oo witch included new axles 6 months warranty i hadnt drove car much only 2200 miles sinced replaced 7 months it started acting up called steve and he said nothing could be done it only had 6 month warranty you would think a 50000 mile transmission would do better than that not very good service not recommended
