happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.
