The worst!! STAY AWAY!! Destroyed my engine with 60K miles. The Manager supports his incompetent Technicians. The place is an absolute SCAM!!

I took my car in for some brake work, when they called to say it was ready they suggested I have the fuel filter changed. I have had it done at other place before and was charged $30-35. Carl's charged me $127.80. When I disputed it I was told a master mechanic changed your gas filer. I was told if I bring it in for an oil change they would upgrade me to synthetic oil for free. -- But wouldn't I be paying a "master mechanic" to do the oil change? Wonder how much that would cost $1000.00??? I declined.

Excellent service!! Same day service and a fraction of the price of any Ford dealership in town. Thank you, Paul, you are amazing.

So today November 11, 2015. Meineke manger (Harold), yelled at me for no reason because I wanted to get the free oil change on veterans day.....like all the commercials said.....he screamed and said he is not giving money away because he was an air force veteran??? right... he was very rude.......

Erik was the counter person for me..I asked him at least twice when he quoted me a price. I SHOULD have gotten it in writing. I'm highly disappointed in the second trip to the irving location and will not be returning to that location again. I purchased 4 tires all together along with a lifetime alignment. 2 tires this last trip almost cost me as much as the 2 tires and alignment.. what kind of person thinks this is ok and valid? I feel ripped off and cheated.
