Oil change service near Sunnyvale, TX

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM

This is an extremely horrible place! I went with my little daughter for state inspection, we checked in and then waited there from 3:40pm until 5:35pm, all people in waiting room were gone one by one and they shut the front door at around 4:50pm. It is ridiculous that nobody was working in state inspection area since about 4pm and they left my car and us alone. My daughter lost patient and I went to ask the manager when my car would be ready, he kind of forgot us and asked me what was my car and where it was, then he lied to me his computer was down, I believe he is liar because I saw they were inspecting cars when I was waiting. At this moment my daughter completely lost patient and she wanted to go home, I blamed her, then terrible thing happened, the manager yielded at me to go out or he would call police right away. I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I called the 972 385 3550 Phone number from 2 different phones and I got "This isn't a Working number". I don't know if they are in business anymore or if they have just changed their phone number but not updated any of the link information on the Internet.

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.
