I took my car to this shop which was provided by my insurance. first of all, they were late one week. Second, they told me the reservoir is on back order which is understanding, however, at the time I wanted to pick up my car the flare was missing, the cowl seals were broken unchanged, the fender was not aligned, the license frame along with the license itself were missing. I paid the deductible and picked up the car and then let them know about the issue. My advisor was Covell Crosby he did not respond to a single email from me or insurance, but after one week of ghosting me, I went in person to talk to the manager Jason. I started to let him know about what happened, he said what do you want? talking about it will not fix the issue, he even did not want to listen or at least say an apology for the poor communication. So basically, waste of time and money for you if you choose this office and they are not respectful at all. I found the flare from Toyota of Dallas one day after picking my car up and let them know yet they kept ignoring me.

This is the worst place to get your car fixed. I had my car there for 3 weeks for minor body damage. During this 3 weeks my car was broken into, my radio was stolen, and only after prodding did they agree to replace the radio. The rest of my stuff that was taken was not replaced. When I picked up my car the crew had left all the materials from replacing the radio inside of my car as well as some sort of epoxy residue that has since caked into my truck bed. Do not take your car there.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. Advantage Collision repaired my wrecked Kia Soul 3 years ago, and I had no complaints. They completed the work in a timely manner, and kept me informed of the progress all along the way. In late April, I had another wreck (kid ran a stop sign) and I had the Kia towed to Advantage Collision. Well, it is a much different story this time. The impact occurred at the passenger tire, so there was not extensive damage to the car, other than a broken axel. They have been working on my car for over 5 weeks. I had to initiate all the calls to check on the progress. I stopped by the shop a few times as well to get information. They changed the "promise" date 2 times. I finally got 2 email messages and a phone call to pick up the car. I could not come that late in the day (no one to help shuttle), and said I would be there the next morning. When I arrived around lunch time, the car was not ready. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
