Advantage Collision repaired my wrecked Kia Soul 3 years ago, and I had no complaints. They completed the work in a timely manner, and kept me informed of the progress all along the way. In late April, I had another wreck (kid ran a stop sign) and I had the Kia towed to Advantage Collision. Well, it is a much different story this time. The impact occurred at the passenger tire, so there was not extensive damage to the car, other than a broken axel. They have been working on my car for over 5 weeks. I had to initiate all the calls to check on the progress. I stopped by the shop a few times as well to get information. They changed the "promise" date 2 times. I finally got 2 email messages and a phone call to pick up the car. I could not come that late in the day (no one to help shuttle), and said I would be there the next morning. When I arrived around lunch time, the car was not ready. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
