As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Flat rate for labor is $200.00 even if its an easy fix of $19.00 for a new thermostat. I took my car in on a Monday morning to get a professionals opinion as to why my car was overheating. I did not receive a call back until Friday at 4:30pm I immediately returned my missed call at 5pm, but they were already closed, WHICH their sign says they are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The following Monday a week after my car was dropped off I call back and ask for the DANNY what the issue is with my car, he did give me an estimate of $250.00 to replace the thermostat, NO WAY!!! Oreilly's has it in stock for $19.00. I told Danny, No don't fix it I'll be there to pick up my car. When i arrive at the shop two hours later (during my lunch break from work) he says there is a fee for $87.00 to put my car back together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why am I being charged if no repairs where done to my car? Because it had to sit at his shop for a whole week before they can even look at it & they had to take it apart to find out why it was overheating....BULL! I had been a loyal customer since 2005, he had done major repairs to all my vehicle, so i knew his labor charge is $200.00, but to replace a simple thermostat, sorry i was not going to pay $250.00 when i can replace it myself. I asked nicely to waive the $87.00 since it wasn't my fault that my car was sitting there for a WHOLE week, he has a temper WATCH OUT!! he yelled at me said NO $87.00 and get your car out of here or $250.00 so we can fix it! I said to him fix it & please have it ready within the hour (I was there at 11:30am), he said NO I'll have it ready at 3:30pm, i said fine i will be here at 3pm. I go to pick up my car Danny says to me I was able to knock of $7.00...Thank you Danny & paid the bill.... YOU JUST LOST ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!!!

I took my care to the shop after taking my care to euro automotive who took me for a fortune and did not fix my car at all, but, Meadlin's did the fixed my 2002 BMW 745LI and I have no leaks and my suspension is on point. I HIGHLY recommend this shop GREAT PRICES AND VERY GOOD WORK. THANKS FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN AUTO REPAIR SHOPS.. BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE BROKE ME.

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... For all of his honesty, Tim has gotten sloppy in his employee integrity. Instead he makes excuses for them. I originally took a PT Cruiser that had a simple problem, replaced a cam-shaft position sensor and he charged a reasonable price. Later I took a Buick that I told them needed a harmonic balancer, that was done ok. Later sent my daughter to him with A/C replacement in a Caliber, I told them to use new orifice, dryer and compressor. Less than 2-weeks it was back in for loss of freon. Seal blew because clutch was not installed correctly. Returned again when freon leaked again due to hose not properly tight. Today daughter reports A/C is still not cooling this summer. Took my wife's suburban for transmission replace. My wife did not even get home and said not shifting right. She had to abandon on road. I inspected and found fluid pan drain plug missing and dripping remaining fluid on ground. I told Tim what I found and he tried to deflect culpability, then I showed him pictures of what I found. Tim had the trans replaced with another. I picked-up and drove the suburban home and immediately noticed the shift indicator did not work (dash instruments). I immediately turned back and told Tim the problem. Again he just shrugged-off the lack of detail and final checkout. I will never use Rae's again.

Your rating: Hated it Well I don't recomend anyony to get work done at springtown transmission. They rebuilt the transmission in my truck. After less than 5000 miles it went bad!!! Then would not fix it and wanted me to pay them to have it rebuilt again. So I had it towed to another transmission shop to have repair done. They are very shady and dont back their work!!! Now the transmission will have at least $5000 in it!!!!
