I came to the shop because my car was making a noise, they didnt you test drive my car and told me ththat it was my ball joints, test drove the car and the car was still making the noise. Took the car right back and tell the manager that the car was still making that noise. he told me that he would fix my car at no extra charge. he gave me a loaner car. that loan to car was not drivable, it was so dangerous the brake light was on and I had to hit the brakes to the floor in order to stop. I had to put water in the car every stop. they did when I got my car back I ask for a receipt and a warranty and you told me leave me alone I'm busy I don't have time for you
