Advantage Automotive will try to squeeze as much as they can out of your wallet. I had a crankshaft sensor replaced there and they charged me $189. The part is $17 at the auto parts store and is easier to change than your oil. Of course I didn't know those two things when they replaced the sensor. The main guy tried to bs me every which way.

You guys were amazing. The starter died on my 2001 Arero. I also had known that my manifold gasket had a leak and that is why coolant had been leaking for awhile, but I never had the time or money to take it in. The Saturday I brought the Alero in to fix the starter, Troy pointed out the gasket leak and had a quote for me before I even asked.

I have gone to Paul's for information twice in as many weeks. Spoke to entirely different people each time and they were all free with their knowledge and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision while also saving money. Ind. Import has serviced our car many times (preventative and correction). If you have a German-built car these guys are your experts. They stand by their work, too. There was an instance where Thayne (the owner) took our car back in and reworked a complicated, previous job free of charge, which otherwise would have been hundreds of dollars in labor. Lower prices than the dealership and better quality work. The staff is incredibly friendly - Matt, the service manager, is particularly awesome. Sad to be leaving the area but if I can come back I will. They've made us loyal customers and we'll recommend them to everyone we know.

I took my 1988 Ford bronco in to have an alignment done and some front end repair done The only reason I took my bronco there was because another shop quoted me $1000 for the repair and alignment. A friend suggested I go and get a second opinion. Apparently the first shop only wanted to replace everything, including stuff that wasn’t necessary. After BT looked at my bronco they showed me what really needed to be fixed. When I asked about the stuff The other shop wanted to fix the staff at Bt showed me why it wasn’t realy needed. In the end I saved about $400 and my bronco drives straight as an arrow with no more issues.

took my car into One Stop for an inspection that I thought was needed. They gave me a emissions test that I did not need. Charged me $55.00. Was very surprised...I stated, did not need emissions only an inspection after they told me I owed $55.00. They stated that vehicles 4 years or older are now required for emissions every year. I debated with them and they looked at there required chart and continued to state I needed an emissions. I took there word on it and paid. Came home looked it up on Utah Division web site to find out they are thiefs running a business. They also advertise $30 oil change. I asked how much for an oil change they said it would be $41. need I say more? cant imagine what would happen if they actually worked on a vehicle. Stay away...they are desperate to pull of such an act and will soon be out of business.

When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.
