Even though this is a Truck and Trailer Repair Company, Justin will take on even the smallest of requests. We have taken him several parts from a bike cart (made with different types of metal) over the years and he welds them and has rebuilt them so that they can better fit our needs. He understands exactly what my needs are without even having the bike cart there to show him. And he is fast. He usually has my things done by the next day. The quality of his work is excellent. On October 26th I came in to pick up a project and coincidentally needed a leg of of a late 1800's wood burning stove welded. It had broken in half. Justin welded it for me in about 5 minutes. And he did it without ruining the design that had been carved into it when it was made over 100 years ago. Justin is very pleasant and professional too. I highly recommend him.

Dave keeps me up do date on my maintenance, which actually saves me money in the long run. My car runs perfectly. Whenever my car has an issue Dave is quick to get me in and out. The shop did some prior work for me in July and I spent $5749.62 and told my truck would run like a new truck. I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

these people charged me $300 to fix my A/C. when they were done, i didn't have heat, but had A/C. i took it in AGAIN, and i didn't have either when they were done! i finally took it in again, and they acted like i was trying to scam them or something when my car clearly blasted cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer straight up from outside. then after that, they tried convincing me that i had to pay them another $600 for "the next step in the process." ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? ridiculous. i took it in to another shop and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged me $100. never, ever going to this shop. don't recommend it. these people are trying to scam you out of your money.
