These people are so nice! They tell it like it is and give you options. They helped our college daughter know how to check her oil and know how to care for her aging car. And didn't charge her a dime! We have used them for several years and had good experiences every time! We would recommend them to everyone. They are friendly and have great customer service!

Advantage Automotive will try to squeeze as much as they can out of your wallet. I had a crankshaft sensor replaced there and they charged me $189. The part is $17 at the auto parts store and is easier to change than your oil. Of course I didn't know those two things when they replaced the sensor. The main guy tried to bs me every which way.

Ind. Import has serviced our car many times (preventative and correction). If you have a German-built car these guys are your experts. They stand by their work, too. There was an instance where Thayne (the owner) took our car back in and reworked a complicated, previous job free of charge, which otherwise would have been hundreds of dollars in labor. Lower prices than the dealership and better quality work. The staff is incredibly friendly - Matt, the service manager, is particularly awesome. Sad to be leaving the area but if I can come back I will. They've made us loyal customers and we'll recommend them to everyone we know.

You guys were amazing. The starter died on my 2001 Arero. I also had known that my manifold gasket had a leak and that is why coolant had been leaking for awhile, but I never had the time or money to take it in. The Saturday I brought the Alero in to fix the starter, Troy pointed out the gasket leak and had a quote for me before I even asked.

I have gone to Paul's for information twice in as many weeks. Spoke to entirely different people each time and they were all free with their knowledge and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision while also saving money. The work I'm planning on for my Avalanche will be done at Paul's.

Pulled in at 5:45 on a Friday night. Expected the technicians would be rude or treat me like a inconvenience. To my surprise they were more polite than someone working for tips. Having looked at my truck for just a few minutes the technician gave me a few simple tips that I needed to do for inspection (battery tie down, intermittent blinker) they told me they could do it or I could. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically 'unappealing', but Integrity's shop was, well, aesthetically 'appealing'. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.
