We call 30+ boat repair shops in the area to get our boat fixed in time for Memorial Day weekend and Grizzard was BY FAR the most responsive and then were the only ones that went out of their way to get us a quote, get us the parts that we needed and ensured that we were taken care of. Carlton was in constant communication with us, gave us an option to spend less money on a new propeller, and offered impeccable customer service. Over filled my car with oil. Wont be going back

While my car was in his shop he drove it thru the Portsmouth tunnel, he said to match the headlight. I got the bills because it is my car, he admitted it was him that made the charge. I sent him every bill I got, now its been sent to a collection agency. I cannot renew my license plates that expire the end of this month until its paid. For awhile he gave me excuses, then it was flat out lies. Now he is ghosting me. He owns his shop, I live on social security month to month. He was my trusted mechanic for 16 years. He used to say I wasn't just a customer I was a friend, with friends like that I don't need enemies. I would have given him 0 stars but not an option.

Please dont waste your money going to that place . If you dont have a new car dont go there . They will rip you off . Even if there is nothing wrong with you they will show you 1000 problems. I went there to do an inspection for my car 1999 altima . which had no apparent problem . They gave me 10 different problems and asked me to do a 600 dollar maintenance , basically asking me to change the light bulbs ,cleaning,rear tail light lens changes and what not...

This shop was awsome. Very fairly priced staff was awsome. My brakes became super soft and going to the floor and I called they were quick to get me in showed me what was wrong gave me a fair price and then took me home so I could get my kid off the school bus. The owner was super helpful and I was amazed at how professional and courteous everyone in the shop was. This is now my shop for all my repairs in the future I will never go anywhere else. Even offer a military discount for active and retired. Super job guys customer for life

MBH has been repairing my Mercedes GL/SLC/and CLK cars for years. Extremely satisfied with both the services and support from MBH. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO TO KINGS GRANT EXXON. My electric cooling fan engaged when I first started my Jeep in the morning. This shouldn't happen. The fan should only engage when the coolant reaches about 200 degrees. The indicator light lit up on my dashboard. I took my Jeep up to the Exxon, I explained to them what happened and I would like a cost to fix it. I also told them it was probably just the sensor. A couple of hours later a mechanic called and said it would cost approx. $800.00 to fix my Jeep. I told him that was a outrageous price, don't fix it, I will pick up my Jeep in a little while. When I got there and asked for my key they said I had to pay $90.00 for a diagnostic charge. They never told me that it would cost $90.00 for a Diagnostic charge. So I paid the $90.00 in order to get my keys back from them. I went to Auto Zone and Auto Zone plugged their computer into my Jeep computer and said my cooling sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Auto Zone didn't charge me for the diagnostic service. They told me the part will cost $15.00. I bought the part, went home and installed it. It took me 10 minutes to change out the sensor. My Jeep is running great and the indicator light is off.
