Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

Mike kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and when there were additional problems, he offered a loaner car for me to use. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the manager and the entire staff and the work they do. I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

Best Repair Shop Around! A undereducated diagnostic lead me to believe car problem was one thing but they not only fixed the correct problem, they saved me money as well. Kind and courteous staff kept me aware of progress and made me feel that my best interests were as important to them as it was to me. Owner greeted me personally which is something you don't get just anywhere. Pricing was great as was my entire experience. Highly Reccommended

The knowledge and quality of service was great. Person at front desk always lacks a bit of professionalism and the reception area is always a mess, but I still recommend Delta V and prefer it over a VW dealership

Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.

This dirtbag Mike Morris ripped me off by selling me a car with several thousand dollars worth of repairs needed to get it roadworthy. He told me when he sold it to me he had "Fixed it up." He's apretty good liar and it's obvious he does it a lot. He misrepresented the car sale to me and within two weeks it was undrivable. I had to junk it. If you don't want someone stealing your money then I suggest leaving these jerks alone, they will rip you off and not blink an eye.
