I received a birthday coupon for a discount oil change, I went on a sat to get it done, they told me that they only do coupon M-F I made a appooinment for the following Tuesday 8:30am I showed up when they saw that I had a coupon on my hand they told me that they didnt have any appoinment under any name for that time, the guy behind the counter didnt even bother to look it up instead he searched on a scratch paper and said nope I dont have your name here, then he told me that they only accept coupons on Wednesday, I think they send coupons at home to try to get you to come in, and hopefully get you to paid full price by telling you they dont take coupons that day you are in.

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. Hello my friend and I came into your shop Yesturday September 17 for an oil change as your tech his name was Jose Dominguez he works with you guys was doing an oil change tried to sexually touch my friend and finger her in her private parts just letting you know we have filed a police report and your shop is now going to be under police investigation it’s discusting to say that nobody was around to help my friend out we will not be coming back there ever again we are shocked that there is a Rapist working publicly at a auto shop witch shows and proves it will happen to many other woman we are also going to press charges on mr. Jose Dominguez for rap and sexual assult I don’t think you guys want a rappist working at your shop we will be taking further steps in shutting this shop down for what has done occurred aswell!
