Went there as a female and was totally taken advantage of. Engine light on given code told would take 2 days to pinpoint exactly what was wrong because Mercedes are set up that way. They had my car for one week, discussed everything, but Engine light kept displaying engine light. Discussion stating waiting for a different scanner for Mercedes car at the end of the week. $1000 dollars later (motor mounts and everything else) given a Mercedes only Rhine code (same code as if I'm stupid) and told had to go to a Mercedes dealership. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS HONESTY IS EVERYTHING. Just wanted my money even though they knew from the beginning they couldn't help me. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Dmitry and Michael are the people I normally deal with on regular basis. I have taken several BMWs to Dan over the past 10 years. He is the most honest engineer you will ever find. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Don't bother going to the dealership unless you need a rental car and a cappuccino.
