I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. THEN they want to charge you for the estimate --- even when their website says FREE estimates! Do NOT allow them to strong arm you like they have me and other people!!! Kim is a liar !!!!!!!

My son took his car to them he had a heater core issue. They agreed to replace to core and fix the leak. They next day we had a major antifreeze leak inside the car and underneath the hood. Had to take the car to another shop. Midlothian Village Shell never replaced the core. I called and they said the would not stand by there work ! Very dishonest
