I have been dealing with Broyles Wrecker service for many years now, back when her father was running the business and also since Jennifer is running the business. They have treated me fair even when I had a emergency from time to time, they are my call first wrecker service

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first. I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

An update on the saga of dealing with Al's. The transmission is leaking. Took it to Aamco, they said it will be $380.00 to fix. Took it to Al's today. He tightened some of the bolts and we have to take it to him again in two weeks. Al's gave another 30 days on the original warranty that is almost up. I feel it will be a lifetime of going back and forth to Al's with a broken transmission in the future. For lack of a better word, I think we're screwed. So if you want a year of back and forth, no warranty and hassles, Al is you're man.

Misdiagnosis led to major issues-then upcharges more than doubled since last discussion ( owner does the work without signed authorization or verbal approvals of the work quoted ).

Wow! Talk about compassionate people...this staff is AWESOME! I had a problem with my tires (TOYO) from the factory, only 12,000 miles on my 2013 car. I explained the problem and they got right on it. One tire appears to be out-of-round and all lose tire pressure together and the light comes on. I am very picky about my vehicles and have been to the dealer as scheduled for rotation and balance. Just had an alignment done that barely was needed,,only right toe off a bit. These people called the office and went to TOYO for answers. I haven't heard back from factory yet, but if you want someone who cares and knows their stuff. The mechanic, William, explained everything in details I could understand. It appears 2013 Mazda 5 may have some camber issues on this model. There is a kit to fix the adjustment. They didn't charge for the inspection, info, or rotation. The one tire still has issues (that is NOT their fault). They are working on getting them replaced for me! Thanks everyone who assisted and especially William and April Foster. Recommend this place!

When you try to help customers out due to the fact that they tell you to repair there car then when the work is completed they have now money to pay for the repairs.Or they try to blame you for things on there car that already exsisted.Phil`s Transmissions tried to satisfy these customers but some people you can`t no matter how much money you try to save them.neither of the customers that wrote those reviews said any thing about why they brought it to Phil`s Transmissions the reason being no one else would work on there car.I guess this is what happens when you try to get paid for a job that you did.and the customers have no money.neither one of these cutomers have called or came by for us to take of the problem,i guess it is because we had nothing to do with it.All of us at Phil`s Transmission stand behind our work 100% thats how we are able to offer 3 year warrantys.Dont let two bad reviews discurage you from bring your car to us .stop by and see for your self.
